Your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days of the purchase date.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your final purchase and uses the weight, size and your final destination address to produce your shipping options. The default shipping rates are regular/surface shipping without tracking, so if you require tracking please be sure to select the shipping option that works best for you. 

For our international friends, shipping overseas can take a little longer, and we appreciate your patience. Some countries may charge you duties upon your parcel’s arrival and we don’t have any control over that, sorry!

Please note shipping times can be delayed due to COVID so times are extended* and we can not guarantee any of these timelines. They are estimates based on recent shipping arrivals. 

Standard shipping (Canada Post Expedited):  3-7 business days

Small US Air Parcel (USPS): 14 - 20 business days

International Surface shipping: 40 - 120 business days
International Air shipping: 20 - 90 business days 

International Surface Shipping: 30 - 45 business days
International Air Shipping: 14 - 30 business days

International Surface shipping: 90 - 120 business days
International Air shipping: 30 - 90 business days

Change of address?

If you need to update your shipping address after your order is made, please email us ASAP! If you have received a shipping confirmation email before you update us, the package is on its way to the original address you submitted.

If the address update changes the shipping rate we will send an invoice for the difference, and ship the package once that amount is cleared. 

How do I track my order?

All orders within Canada will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email. If you are shipping outside of Canada our standard shipping option does not provide a tracking number. If you would like to have a tracking number please select a shipping option that provides a tracking number and you will get this number in your confirmation email when the order is packaged.  

I live in Calgary and or close by, can I pick-up my order?

Yes! We offer a free pick-up option at check out. Once your order is packaged we will email you to coordinate  some pick up times at our Kensington office location. Email us if you have any questions or if you would like to ensure a certain pick up date. 

What kind of packaging do you use?

We ship out all of our LPs in cardboard mailers that are recyclable and our apparel are sent out in a nifty compostable bag. Please remove the tape from your package so they can be recycled or composted. Our shipping labels are printed on paper and can also be recycled.

We can help! Email us at with your purchased album title(s) and we will send you the download link.


What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders are offered ahead of an item’s release date and are typically shipped a week before the official release date. It’s a great way to get ahead of the crowd on a highly anticipated release without the risk of it selling out. Lead times are different for each pre-order, we indicate the shipping dates in the product’s description and if anything changes we will be sure to email you!

What if I order multiple pre-order items?

We will ship your entire order when all items are available.

What if I order a pre-order with other items that are available now?

If you purchase multiple items at once, but one of them is a pre-order, we will hold off on shipping your entire order until all products are available to be shipped. It’s best to place separate orders for pre-order and non pre-order items if you don’t want to wait. If you would like to separate your order please email us and we can figure out the shipping difference and send you an invoice to then separate the orders and ship what is available while you wait patiently for the pre-ordered items.


Can I return something I ordered?

We’re confident in everything that we sell, and want you to be happy with your order from Flemish Eye. We do not cover shipping costs of returns or exchanges. 

My package and or item arrived damaged, what do I do?

If your item is defective, missing, incorrect or damaged please contact with a brief message, and photos if applicable, so we can solve the issue. We are a boutique label (which is just a fancy way of saying our shop is small), and can’t always guarantee we will have the stock to replace something for you — but we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
